Efthymia Rempapi is a lawyer, Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO), and specialized advisor in Artificial Intelligence Law and Data Protection. She is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) and holds a postgraduate degree from the Interdepartmental Programme “Information and Communication Technologies: Law and Policy” of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). With professional experience in legal compliance and personal data protection, her research and professional work focus on the implementation of the European regulatory framework, particularly the AI Act and the GDPR, as well as on the challenges posed by emerging technologies to the contemporary business and technological environment.
