Elias Koukoutsas is now in his third decade of journalistic work, having contributed to both print publications and digital media focused on technology and business.

In recent years, he has served as Editor-in-Chief of news websites and, until recently, was Editor-in-Chief of **AI Report**, Greece’s only magazine dedicated to artificial intelligence. He was also involved in the development and editorial team of *Smart Cities* magazine. He currently writes for *StartupperMag*, exploring the links between the startup ecosystem and traditional business.

For many years, he has participated in conferences on e-Government, cybersecurity, smart cities, artificial intelligence applications and AI ethics, both as a moderator and as a speaker. He has a particular passion for technology and its practical applications in everyday life.
