Christos Koutroumanidis
Christos Koutroumanidis is the owner of CK AGENCY, the leading Greek sports management & marketing company. He was born in Kavala in 1978. He is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration of the University of Macedonia, holds a Master of Arts in Sport Administration from Central Michigan University and a PhD from the Physical Education and Sports Department of the Democritus University with a focus on professional football television rights. He served as an executive at ATHENS 2004 (2002-2004) in the Sports Department and the Broadcasting Services Department. Since 2006, CK AGENCY has been providing marketing and management consulting services to leading sports, cultural, other organizations, local authorities, and private companies in Greece and abroad (member of SETE, FIFA Players Agent License, World Athletics Agent License). He is member of the iSportsmanagement Laboratory of the Department of Sports Organization and Management of the University of the Peloponnese, scientific associate of the University of Nicosia, lecturer at the National Center for Public Administration and Local Government, and served as a visiting professor at the Department of Administrative Science and Technology of the International Hellenic University. He is author of the book “Sports Management in Professional Football – Real Cases in Greece and Europe”, has published 9 papers in international journals, and has presented 11 papers at international conferences.
