Alexandros Tsiatsiamis is an economist with a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Marketing. He is the Founder and Chairman of AT Management Funding & Development Consultants, established in 2010.

From September 2019 to October 2023, he served as Secretary General of the City of Athens. He has also held the positions of Secretary General for International Economic Relations and Development Cooperation and Special Secretary for the Development of International Programmes at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Furthermore, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of both the City of Athens Development Agency and the City of Athens Vocational Training Centre. He currently also serves as Economic Development Advisor to the Mayor of Piraeus.

He has extensive experience in strategic development and project co-financing, as well as in the design, organisation and management of programmes and projects for the European Union and other international organisations, including ECAC, EuropeAid, the World Bank and the United Nations. His expertise also encompasses the preparation, submission and monitoring of development proposals for public- and private-sector organisations, and securing funding through the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF/ESPA), the Recovery and Resilience Facility, new financial instruments, the Modernisation Fund and the Social Climate Fund. In addition, he has extensive experience in coordinating and conducting specialised studies relating to programmes and initiatives implemented by the European Union and other international organisations, as well as in developing investment and business plans.
