Dr Panagiota Chatzimichailidou serves as a Sustainable Economic Development Advisor to the President of the Green Fund, bringing extensive professional and research expertise in sustainable and regional development, public policy, and adult education at both national and European levels. She previously served as an Advisor to the Special Secretary of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) in Greece at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, contributing to programme-management activities. Dr Chatzimichailidou also served as a Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Development and Investments, as well as to other Members of the Hellenic Parliament, accumulating twelve years of experience in parliamentary and governmental affairs.
