Fotis Talantzis is the CEO and co-founder of Novoville, a start-up with the ambition to modernize citizen engagement and digitize public services. He is an engineer at heart with the belief that data can change the world. He has a PhD in Signal Analytics and his work in start-ups and academia has found applications in ambient intelligence, digital governance and, most importantly, the gap between them.
