“Iraklis is a technology entrepreneur and co-founder of Novoville, a GovTech company helping local governments improve public services, strengthen citizen engagement, and build more sustainable and resilient cities. Founded in 2016, Novoville now operates in 100 cities across three European countries.
From 2004 to 2013, Iraklis led educational initiatives at Athens Information Technology, a not-for-profit technology institute established by the Intracom Group. He has been an active contributor to Greece’s startup ecosystem since 2009, participating in international business acceleration programmes and mentoring emerging entrepreneurs.
Iraklis holds a BSc in International Relations and Economics from the University of Macedonia, an MSc in Digital Systems from the University of Piraeus, and an Executive Diploma in Crisis Management from Harvard University. He is also a certified technology product manager. His work sits at the intersection of technology, local governance, citizen participation, and sustainable urban development.”
