Stavros Tsirbas is the Mayor of Agioi Anargyroi–Kamatero, with many years of experience in Local Government and an active role in shaping the development strategy for Western Athens, having served as President of the Development Association of Western Athens (ASDA) from 2024 to 2026.

He is a graduate of the Department of Public Administration at Panteion University, with professional experience in business consulting. His career in Local Government began in 2010, and since then he has held multiple positions of responsibility, while also maintaining an active presence in the collective bodies of Local Government, including PEDA and KEDE.

He was elected Mayor in 2019 and re-elected in 2023 in the first round with 64% of the vote. Since the beginning of his tenure, he has consistently pursued a clear vision: to build a city worthy of the expectations of its people. Through urban regeneration projects, modern school and sports infrastructure, the revitalisation of public spaces, and investment in technology and quality of life, he is working towards a city that moves forward, evolves and claims the place it deserves on the contemporary European map.
