Thomas Kotsoglou is an entrepreneur and the Chairman & CEO of EUROPORT S.A., a Recognised Security Organisation licensed by the Hellenic Ministry of Maritime Affairs. He studied Physical Engineering in France, with postgraduate specialisation in crisis management on offshore oil drilling platforms. He holds an M.Sc. in Port Crisis Management and a Maritime Security certification from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy, as well as S.S.O. and C.S.O. certifications. He brings extensive experience in risk assessment, port facility security planning and the preparation of port engineering studies. He participates in the conference as Technical Advisor to the Municipal Port Fund of Preveza on matters concerning the interoperability of the port with the port and  maritime industry.
